Our Hotel Block at YMCA of the Rockies is Fully Booked! We’re thrilled by the enthusiastic response and can’t wait to see so many of you in Estes Park!

If you were hoping to stay within our block and weren’t able to secure a room, please don’t worry. Estes Park offers a wide variety of other fantastic lodging options to suit every preference and budget.

We encourage you to explore the many wonderful alternatives available in Estes Park to ensure you have a pleasant and convenient experience during cIMc 2025.

If you would like to extend your stay longer than the conference period, please book those 2 nights first using the Group code provided, and then call 888-613-9622 and mention cIMc 2025 to extend your stay.

Please note, if you do not have reservations at the Y, you will need to purchase a meal ticket during the conference. Meal tickets are available for purchase at the dining hall during designated meal times.
