Dr. Bob Rountree – is a 1980 UNC School of Medicine graduate, is a board-certified family physician practicing integrative medicine in Boulder, Colorado since 1983. He began his career at Wellspring, a pioneering holistic health center, and later became Medical Director of Boulder Wellcare, specializing in personalized medicine.

A prominent figure in functional medicine, Dr. Rountree is a long-time faculty member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, receiving the Linus Pauling Functional Medicine Award for his mentorship. He has co-authored numerous books and articles on integrative and nutritional medicine, contributing significantly to the field’s literature.

He serves as Clinical Editor and columnist for Integrative and Complementary Therapies.
